Our approach draws heavily on learnings of Neuro Science and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which show that much of consumer behaviour is driven by the emotions and the unconscious mind. We recognise that the challenge for research is to create an environment where consumers can reveal their true feelings and desires without feeling constrained or embarrassed. We then use this information to show you how your customers behave in the real world, and to reveal their true thoughts, feelings and desires.
Deliberative Events: enabling you to show transparency in your business by bringing together your customers and employees, arming them with the facts and enabling them to deliberate on major issues that impact on the business.
Customer Forums: up to 100 customers per session, with the brand team, in a theatre environment, responding to client communications, services and ideas.
Deep Work: exploring the DNA of brands and identifying how the relationship with consumers can be grown and energised (Up to 20 people per session)
NLP Depths: used before group sessions with consumers to identify their stimulus requirements and the visual and verbal language that should be used by facilitators to prompt responses.
Ethnography: enabling people tell their own story, in their own way. Video diaries are used to observe consumers in their homes, at work and in their communities - with the minimum of intervention.
