Launched in August 2007, Free Company Reports & Accounts (FCReports) enables investors to download copies of UK PLCs' financial statements from one central website, free of charge. This means that it offers access to a niche audience of shareholders and active investors, with opportunities for highly targeted offers to responsive consumers.

Virtually every UK-registered company listed on the LSE and AIM is included in the FCReports database. Users have free access to as many reports as they wish, and the site offers alerts to its members so that they can obtain the latest financial statements on selected PLCs as soon as they become available.
